Hey there, I’m August, the driving force behind Momentum Coaching. With over 22 years in the Army and certifications in Nutrition, Personal Training, and Health Coaching, I’ve helped countless people cut through the noise of fad diets and rigid routines to find what truly works for them. My approach? Honest, straightforward, and a little tough love when you need it. I believe in celebrating small wins, building sustainable habits, and empowering you to take control of your health and well-being, one step at a time. Let’s get started!
