The Full Story
I specialize working with those facing chronic injury or illness, limitations with mobility
due to weight, and individuals who are returning to activity after a lapse.

As someone who lives with a chronic condition, I understand the challenges that come
with persistent pain and fatigue. My passion is to help others who also feel the struggle,
so that they can reclaim their health and live life again. I do not judge. We live in a world
that allows us to easily get ‘off track’ with our diets and activity levels. I provide support,
confidentially, to help you become the best version of yourself.

I do not simply provide a diet or exercise plan. We all know that those don’t work. Most of
us have already tried strict daily diets or rigid exercise plans. We start these plans with
full enthusiasm and energy, but quickly lose motivation. This starts the shame spiral and
our momentum is lost. This happens because we are trying to reach a specific goal,
without trying to improve our daily habits and lifestyle.
So, let’s try something different.
I help you identify what is most important to you, and what steps will get you there.
Together we build a routine that fits into your lifestyle. Small steps over time will help you
build healthy habits to reach your goals.
